Club Coach

From Time to Time clubs will have challenges.

The District provides clubs with support in the form of Area and Division Governors. Quite simply, the best way to coach a club is to help the existing support structure before the club requires a club coach. Have your clubs connect with other clubs in their Area to learn / share from each other.

In the event that a club membership falls to 12 or less a club coach can be assigned to the club at the club's request.

Being a Club Coach requires a clear understanding of the value in Toastmasters and how to Encourage others. A successful club coach will help the club until such time as the club reaches Distinguished Status.

When you can teach others to create a Strong & Vibrant Club it is very rewarding. Coaches often learn many things during the course of working in this situation.

If you are interested in becoming a coach print the following form, fill it in and forward it to the District Governor
