Welcome to my website. I trust you will find the reference material useful in your Toastmasters journey. I have also included some material that you can review to learn more about my intention to serve as an International Director.

There are many changes facing our organization going forward. As a group, we are making many positive changes. The role of International Director is also changing.

In the future, International Directors are going to be working as part of a team to keep the positive changes going.

When you take a look at the Strategic Goals you will see at the top of the list are items like member growth and retention and club growth and retention. In my roles to date I have had many positive experiences while helping to form new clubs.

Our organization is on a path of continuing change as we grasp the opportunities ahead. While we adjust to our growth we must also look for ways to sustain the organization. Volunteer time is getting shorter and our leadership programs continue to develop. There is still lots to do and I feel I have lots to offer. To date my experiences include helping to form over 25 clubs.

On this website you will find links to the Toastmasters articles mentioned above. You will also find materials that I have developed with the help of others that will help you to form new clubs and to coach some of the ones that need your help from time to time.   Marketing Resources

At the end of the day our success will count on our efforts to form clubs that will thrive in this new environment. These materials have been developed so that our new clubs have the best start possible. We all want the same thing....
